Northern Lights Resort has 10 super clean housekeeping cottages. One two and three bedroom cottages are available for your convenience. Each cottage has a breath taking view of the lake and a private deck. They are all equipped with modern amenities for your comfort. Each has either a 3 pc or 4 pc baths and is heated with electric heat. There is parking for one vehicle at each cottage.

Suggested items to bring with you:

We supply the following for your convenience: linen and pillows, comforters, 2 small bars of bath soap, dish soap, dish towel, J cloth, sos pad, one roll of toilet paper, coffee filters and propane for the BBQ. Towels only supplied on request for additional charge of $10 per set.
We also provide a small amount of wood for one camp fire per day. Additional wood is $3.00 per bundle. We sell kindling for $2.00 per bundle. Please do not bring your own firewood as this increases the risk of spreading insects that could harm our forest such as the Asian Longhorned Beetle or the Emerald Ash Borer. PETS POLICYSorry we do not allow pets, if you have a pet with you, against our wishes, you will be charged you an extra $50/day or you will be turned away. We do not allow pets due to extra cleaning involved and for the people that have allergies.
CHECK IN POLICY:
CHECK IN TIME IS between 3:00PM-10:00PM, CHECK OUT TIME IS 9:00AM.: Please DO NOT arrive early as this takes us away from getting the resort in tip top shape for your arrival! No checkin's accepted after 10:00pm.
There is a $25 charge for each 1/2 hour over the check out time. Sorry, but during Peak Season (July & Aug) there is no flexibility on check in and check out times.
EXTRA PERSONS POLICY:
Also please note, each cottage is rated for holding a maximun number of persons, please do not arrive with extra persons in your party without prior arrangement, you run the risk of being turned away. Also please note that children and babies are counted as people, and so are Grandmas!If you arrive with extra people against our policy, you will be either turned away, or charged and extra $50/day at our discretion.
VISITOR POLICY:Visitors allowed with prior arrangement only and must register at office upon arrival. Visitor rate is $5.00 per person, maximum 3 hour stay.
RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY:A $300 NON-Refundable deposit is required to hold your weekly reservation. Visa and Mastercard is accepted.
The balance is due upon your arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Cash. Sorry we do not accept personal cheques.
Cancellations less than 60 days notice are subject to pay 100% of the total value of the booking. No refunds for early departure. Your verbal authorization for deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.
SMOKING POLICY:New for 2008 all of our cottages are now smoke free. You are welcome to smoke anywhere outside or on your deck. Butt receptacles are provided throughout the resort for your convenience
SUBSTITUTION POLICY:Northern Lights Resort reserves the right to make changes or substitutions to the reservation due to circumstances that our beyond our control.
