The setting for the Spa Shack is perfect. The inside totally refinished in pine, the atmosphere is a relaxing and cozy feeling. Set off from the rest of the Resort and over looking the lake, its easy to forget where you are.

This Swedish type massage uses a special blend of essential oils in a coconut oil base which is personalized to your needs.  This massage relaxes and revitalizes you.

Massage therapy improves functioning of the circulatory, lympahtic, muscular, and nervous systems and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness.

Reflexology is a powerful form of communication with the body which results in relief of stress and tension. It loosens muscles and joints, and stimulates circulation thus promoting a feeling of well-being. Each reflex point on the hands and feet represent all areas in the body. Each point is massaged with care.

Enjoy a Reflexology treatment and enjoy a combination of  Energy treatments based on your needs.  Energy work could include a combination of Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, or Healing Touch.
